The application provides a focused desktop workflow for creators who prepare video files locally. Authorization is completed directly with the creator's account, and every upload requires an explicit action from the user.

How it works

The application uses TikTok Login Kit and the Content Posting API. Videos are uploaded as drafts so the creator can continue editing and complete the post inside TikTok.

Step 1

Authorize

The creator signs in through TikTok and grants the video upload permission.

Step 2

Select and preview

The creator chooses a local video and verifies it in the application.

Step 3

Upload the draft

The video is transferred to TikTok and delivered to the creator's inbox for completion.

Supported files

  • MP4, MOV, and WebM video containers
  • Files up to the limits supported by the Content Posting API
  • Sequential transfer for larger video files

Privacy and control

  • The creator authorizes their own account
  • Videos are not retained by the desktop application
  • The creator initiates every upload
  • Account authorization can be revoked
Draft-upload workflow: uploading a file does not automatically publish it publicly. The creator must open the TikTok inbox notification, review the draft, and complete the posting flow.
